Diana Romero is the owner and principal coordinator of Ah! Le Party. Diana moved to San Diego from her home town of Gilroy, CA. She attended San Diego State University and graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Social Science. Diana also has her Professional Certificate in Meeting and Event Planning through SDSU’s College of Extended Studies. Diana’s background in planning began in non profit events for Circle K International, a collegiate community service organization and a youth group in which she held leadership roles for over ten years. Diana also held a vital role in a team building committee at San Diego StateUniversity.
Diana’s skills in leadership, excellent customer service, multi-tasking, problem solving, organization and excelling under pressure are reasons why she thrives in event planning. Diana has also been a volunteer for numerous non profit community based organizations including SAY San Diego. After many years of planning non profit events, weddings, birthday celebrations, showers and participating on the team building committee in her department at SDSU, Diana decided to establish Ah! Le Party in 2004. Diana expands her knowledge in the wedding and event industry with networking events, education, conferences and seminars. Diana also implements her Interior Design education into the design aspect of all wedding and events. Diana is honored that her company, Ah! Le Party was voted best wedding planner in San Diego on the 10News Alist in San Diego in 2011.
Diana’s training in meeting and event planning matched with her extensive research in events, weddings, and vendor selection process provides clients with all the expertise needed to have the celebration they’ve always envisioned, with all the beautiful memories and none of the stress. Diana’s diverse background gives her unique insight into meeting the needs of her clients and effortlessly moving between varied environments.
